| Q: | How do I choose the right size collar for my dog? |
| A: | Using a measuring tape, measure your dog's neck where you would feel the collar should rest. Do not measure too tightly. |
| Q: | What are the measurements of the collars? |
| A: | Small size is adjustable from 9"-14" (22.86cm - 35.56cm) Medium size is adjustable from 12"-20" (30.48cm - 50.80cm) Large size is adjustable from 18"-32" (45.72cm - 81.28cm) |
| Q: | When will I receive my order? |
| A: | Orders are shipped within 24 hours and will reach the US within 4 to 10 days. Orders within Ontario will arrive within 2 days and orders within Canada will arrive within 5 to 7 days. International orders (UK, Europe) will arrive within 6 to 10 days. |
| Q: | My order has not arrived. What should I do? |
| A: | Please send an email to info@muzzle-tov.com with your confirmation number and your first and last name. If you do not have your order number, please provide the date and amount of the order. We will trace your order and advise you of its status within 1 business day. |
